ASGARDR is a company under formation in Norway. It is not yet registered and does not currently have an organisation number.
The rights available to you
- Access: ask whether we process your data and receive a copy.
- Correction: correct inaccurate or incomplete information.
- Erasure: ask us to delete data when the legal conditions apply.
- Restriction: ask us to pause certain processing while an issue is examined.
- Portability: receive consent-based data you provided in a commonly used machine-readable format where applicable.
- Objection: object to processing based on legitimate interests.
- Withdrawal: withdraw consent for launch messages at any time.
How to make a request
Email odin@asgardr.io with the subject “GDPR rights request”. Tell us which right you wish to exercise and the email address connected to your request. Do not send identity documents unless we specifically and lawfully need further verification.
For launch-email withdrawal only, use the faster unsubscribe form.
Verification and response
We may request limited additional information if reasonably necessary to confirm that the request concerns you. We will not collect more verification data than the situation requires.
We aim to respond without undue delay and normally within one month. If a legally permitted extension is needed because a request is complex or numerous, we will explain that within the first month.
Withdrawing launch consent
Withdrawal is free and does not affect processing already carried out lawfully. Once withdrawn, your address will no longer be used for launch marketing. We may retain a minimal suppression record where necessary to ensure the opt-out is respected.
