ASGARDR is a company under formation in Norway. It is not yet registered and does not currently have an organisation number.
Scope and acceptance
These terms govern your use of asgardr.io, its public infrastructure views, Chronicles, and early-access signup. By using the site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.
ASGARDR is currently a pre-launch project. References to “ASGARDR”, “we”, or “us” mean the ASGARDR project under formation in Norway.
Pre-launch service
The site shares a limited public view of work in progress. Features, names, availability, launch timing, and plans may change. Public status displays are informational and are not a service-level commitment.
Joining the launch list does not create an account, purchase, partnership, investment right, or guarantee of access.
Acceptable use
You may browse and use the site for lawful purposes. You must not attempt to bypass safeguards, disrupt the service, submit malicious material, probe non-public systems, impersonate others, or use automated traffic in a way that harms availability.
We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to protect visitors, infrastructure, or legal rights.
Intellectual property
The ASGARDR name, presentation, writing, graphics, interface, and original site material are protected by applicable intellectual-property law. You may link to public pages and quote short portions with attribution, but may not reproduce or commercially exploit substantial parts without written permission.
Availability and third parties
The site depends on hosting, security, database, and communication providers. We aim for reliable access but cannot promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. Links to third-party services are provided for convenience and remain subject to those providers’ terms.
Responsibility and liability
The site is provided on an “as available” basis during formation. To the fullest extent permitted by Norwegian law, ASGARDR is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from reliance on pre-launch information. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Changes and governing law
We may update these terms when the service, operator, or law changes. Material changes will be dated on this page. Continued use after an update means the revised terms apply.
These terms are governed by Norwegian law. Disputes should first be raised with odin@asgardr.io and, if unresolved, handled by the competent courts of Norway.
