Data we process
If you join early access, we store your email address, the signup source, and timestamps recording your consent and signup. We do not ask for sensitive personal data.
Our infrastructure providers may process ordinary technical data needed to deliver and secure the site, such as IP address, request time, browser or device information, requested URL, and security events.
Purposes and legal bases
- Launch and product communications: newsletters about material ASGARDR updates, based on your consent under GDPR Article 6(1)(a).
- Consent records and rights requests: compliance with legal obligations and our legitimate interest in demonstrating that requests were handled.
- Site delivery, abuse prevention, and security: our legitimate interests under GDPR Article 6(1)(f) in operating a safe and reliable public site.
- Responding to your messages: our legitimate interest in answering enquiries and taking requested pre-contractual steps where relevant.
How long we keep data
We keep launch-list data until you withdraw consent, the launch communication purpose ends, or 24 months pass without a relevant communication or interaction—whichever comes first. We then delete or anonymise it within 90 days unless a limited record is required by law or to honour an opt-out.
Technical security records are retained only for the periods configured and required by the infrastructure providers and for investigating genuine security events.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or object to processing based on legitimate interests. You may withdraw launch-email consent at any time without affecting earlier lawful processing. See the GDPR rights page or use Unsubscribe.
Security and automated decisions
We use access controls, encrypted transport, edge protection, and limited-purpose storage designed to protect the data we hold. No internet service can promise absolute security.
We do not use signup data for automated decisions producing legal or similarly significant effects.
Complaints and changes
Contact us first so we can address the issue. You also have the right to complain to Datatilsynet, the Norwegian Data Protection Authority.
We will update this notice when the company is registered, providers change, or new data uses are introduced. The effective date above shows the latest published version.
